Regular Registration: Sept. 8-10 from 10:00h to 16.00h

You will need your Public Name and Approval Code to register at the door. which you can get by either 1) Referring to the email sent to you from [email protected] with the subject line “Your Global Gathering Ticket Details,” which was sent when your GG ticket payment or free ticket request was processed. OR 2) Logging into your GG account at https://gathering.digitalrights.community/ and viewing your dashboard.

+ Check out the GG Community Culture Guidelines to learn how to ensure a respectful, collaborative, and creative space. GG brings our digital rights networks together so we can collectively brainstorm and mobilize around the acute challenges our communities face.

  • The pathway to the bathrooms are between booth 67 and 68.

  • A fun Quest game was created by the awesome folks at conexionsegura.org to help orient new participants (or for those that love stamps). Go to their booth to get your Quest Map (which you can see here) and then head to participating booths to get a stamp. Once you finish a thematic quest line, you get cool exclusive sticker, in addition to getting to know some awesome projects and organizations.

  • Learn How to Schedule a Circle or Booth On-Site. Please note that there is limited space and high demand. We are prioritizing Circles that are action-oriented, and help participants mobilize around urgent goals. We have more flexibility for booths.
