In this session, she will take you on a trance-like journey of breathwork, movement, play, and creativity, guiding you into cultivating safety within your body, and consequently with your external environment.

Bio: Leila Ghaddar is a Lebanese-born, Tanzanian raised holistic therapist who is passionate about maximizing the experience of being human. She combines various modalities that attend to wholeness of an individual for healing including the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. She has experience as an arts psychotherapist, yoga-informed yoga facilitator, special educator, and energy healer. Her work weaves from that foundation that we, like the Earth herself, are self-sustainable, self-regenerative, and self-healing—we all have the capacity to self-heal using the most fundamental and basic tools we possess as humans: the breath, the body, creativity, community.
