Booth Details
The following details that you provided in your Booth proposal will be included in the public Global Gathering agenda:
- Booth Name
- Booth Description
- Organization / Affiliation
- Project URL
Updates can still be made to your Booth details if you need to make changes. Please email gather@digitalrights.community for support.
Scheduling
Booths will be scheduled from 13:00 - 15:00 and 15:30 - 17:30 each of the three days of the Global Gathering, with a 30 minute period before and after your shift to set up and take down.

Size and Structure
Each booth will be either 3 x 3 meters, or 6 x 3 meters (images of these booths are included at the end of this email). Projects will be assigned a 3 x 3 booth by default.
