We will be happy to hear from you!
What is Glitter Meetup?
Glitter Meetup is the weekly town hall of the digital rights and Internet Freedom community at the IF Square on the TCU Mattermost, at 9am EDT / 1pm UTC. It is a text-based chat where digital rights defenders can share regional and project updates, expertise, ask questions, and connect with others from all over the world! Do you need an invite? Learn how to get one here.
Notes
We had an intimate conversation sharing our updates. A participant introduced their work on https://cyd.social/ and shared that they have added the "Migrate to bluesky" feature, this is just for content, not for followers. It is open source, so they are always looking for feedback and feature requests. And Cyd doesn't need to be used to leave a platform. In fact, Cyd is very helpful to stay at the platform but keep deleting your data, that you don't want people to exploit or track or train their AI machines on
