- Introduce the DRAPAC VPN Project as part of EngageMedia’s Human Rights Technology Initiative. She will discuss and share the features of this project, and the process to request and obtain VPN access as well as how to contribute and support as a project partner.
- Provide insights on the DRAPAC VPN Project, and announce the DRAPAC VPN Bot which offers a simple and secure chat interface to get VPN access through Telegram and WhatsApp.

Meg Soriano is a Programs Coordinator at EngageMedia. Prior to joining EngageMedia, she was the communications director of EduKonek, a citizen-led initiative that aims to provide mobile phones and data to Filipino public school students embarking on distance and blended learning. Outside of work, Meg enjoys attending concerts, visiting museums and accomplishing side quests.
