Booths are great to showcase your project, research, or organization.
Circles are collaborative talks, excellent for exploring various topics.

Note: For Meetups or social activities, we encourage you to organize a Off-Site Self-Organized Social, instructions that can find here: https://pad.riseup.net/p/GG-Socials-2024

What is it?

Self-organized Circles or Booths are spaces in the venue that participants can schedule while they are physically present at the Global Gathering. It allows for spontaneous conversations, or for collaborations that may take place during the event.

Instructions to schedule a self-organized circle or booth

1) Send an email to team@digitalrights.community with the following information:

  • Title
  • Indicate whether you want a Circle or Booth
  • Short description of what will be discussed (circle) or happen (booth)
  • Facilitator name/alias
  • Contact email

2) Go to the TCU Information Desk to coordinate with Victoria a time slot and space. Due to limited spaces and time availability: a) TCU will assign a time and area for you. b) Booths must be two hours (no more, or less). c) Circle sessions must be no more than 1 hour.

3) Help us promote your event :)
