Scheduling

Booths will be scheduled from 13:00 - 15:00 and 15:30 - 17:30 each of the three days of the Global Gathering, with a 30 minute period before and after your shift to set up and take down.

You will be scheduled for one 2-hour shift and we will confirm your Booth hours with you prior to sharing the full Global Gathering programming agenda in the beginning of August.

Size and Structure

Each booth will be either 3 x 3 meters, or 6 x 3 meters (images of these booths are included at the end of this email). Projects will be assigned a 3 x 3 booth by default. If your Booth concept will require a larger booth, please let us know and we will follow up with you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate every project’s preferences.

The front of each booth will be open from the waist upward, with a table-like surface at waist height where you will be able to share materials, set up demos and more. Additional images of the booths are included at the end of this email.

Amenities

Electricity: Each booth will have access to electricity and will have at least one Type F outlet. We will not provide adaptors, so please remember to bring them with you if needed. There will also be local stores where you can purchase outlet adaptors if needed.
Internet: There will be wireless internet connectivity at the event, venue-wide.
Furniture: Each 3 x 3 meter sponsor booth will contain a small table and two chairs. 6 x 3 meter sponsor booths will be provided additional chairs and surfaces.

Signage

Each booth will have a re-usable sign on which you can write your project name. We also recommend that you bring your own banners or signs that can be hung or taped over the provided signs, or standing signs and banners that can be placed in front of the booths. Below you will find images of the booths and where signs can be hung.
