How to Schedule a Self-Organized Circle or Booth

1) Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Title
  • Indicate whether you want a Circle or Booth
  • Short description of either a)what will be discussed in a Circle or b) what will happen in a booth.
  • Indicate your preferred date and time, based on the blank slots found on the GG agenda. We will do our best to accommodate.

Important Information:

  • Given there is limited space and high demand, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
  • We are prioritizing Circles that are action-oriented, and help participants mobilize around urgent goals.
  • In some cases, we will recommend that you organize a Self-Organized social instead of a Circle. Instructions can be found here: https://pad.riseup.net/p/GGSocials
Logistical Information
  • Internet: There is wireless internet connectivity at the event, venue-wide. Network: Global Gathering 2025 Password: Glitter&Magick2025
  • Each booth has a reusable sign on which you can write your project name along with a dry-erase marker and a towel. If you are missing any of these materials, connect with staff at the Information booth.
  • Each booth also has electricity. This means you can bring your computer, tablets, etc.
