Global Gathering Self-Organized Circles or Booths: Difference between revisions

This is guide is for the 2025 Global Gathering

1) Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

Title
Indicate whether you want a Circle or Booth
Short description of either a)what will be discussed in a Circle or b) what will happen in a Booth.
Indicate your preferred date and time, based on the blank slots found on the GG agenda. We will do our best to accommodate.
Name of Facilitator or Host
Contact Email

Important Information:

Given there is limited space and high demand, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
We are prioritizing Circles that are action-oriented, and help participants mobilize around urgent goals. We have more flexibility for booths.
In some cases, we will recommend that you organize a Self-Organized Social instead of a Circle. Instructions can be found here: https://pad.riseup.net/p/GGSocials

Each booth has a reusable sign on which you can write your project name along with a dry-erase marker and a towel. If you are missing any of these materials, connect with staff at the Information booth.
Each booth also has electricity. This means you can bring your computer, tablets, etc.
