This is guide is for the 2025 Global Gathering
How to Schedule a Self-Organized Circle or Booth On-Site
1) Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:
- Title
- Indicate whether you want a Circle or Booth
- Short description of either a)what will be discussed in a Circle or b) what will happen in a Booth.
- Indicate your preferred date and time, based on the blank slots found on the GG agenda. We will do our best to accommodate.
- Name of Facilitator or Host
- Contact Email
Important Information:
- Given there is limited space and high demand, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
- We are prioritizing Circles that are action-oriented, and help participants mobilize around urgent goals. We have more flexibility for booths.
- In some cases, we will recommend that you organize a Self-Organized social instead of a Circle. Instructions can be found here: https://pad.riseup.net/p/GGSocials
Logistical Information
- Each booth has a reusable sign on which you can write your project name along with a dry-erase marker and a towel. If you are missing any of these materials, connect with staff at the Information booth.
- Each booth also has electricity. This means you can bring your computer, tablets, etc.
