Location: Meet in the middle of the central park in front of the venue. Look for the individual with singing bowls.

This workshop introduces sound-based grounding as a practical tool for reducing stress, restoring focus, and supporting clearer decision-making in high-pressure environments. Through guided breathing, a sound bath with 14 Tibetan singing bowls, and short reflection, participants will leave with a method they can return to in their own work.
