Global Gathering Booths
Your Booth Concept

Booths at the Global Gathering allow projects to engage with attendees in creative and meaningful ways while showcasing their projects. At past Global Gatherings, projects have hosted a wide range of activities in their Booths including:
- Tool Demos
- Project Q&A's
- Hackathons
- Regional Networking Spaces
- Interactive Educational Games
- Free Consultations (Digital Security, UX, Accessibility, Fundraising etc.)
- Digital Forensic Services
- Art Installations
- Live Podcasts
Booth Details

The following details that you provided in your Booth proposal will be included in the public Global Gathering agenda:
- Booth Name
- Booth Description
- Organization / Affiliation
- Project URL
Scheduling

Booths will be scheduled in 2-hour shifts with an additional 30 minutes to set up and take down the Booth. Projects can request more than one Booth shift which will approved depending on demand.
Size and Structure

Each booth will be either 3 x 3 meters, or 6 x 3 meters (images of these booths are included at the end of this email). Projects will be assigned a 3 x 3 booth by default.
If you are not sure whether you have a 3 x 3 meter booth or a 6 x 3 meter booth, contact gather@digitalrights.community for confirmation.
The front of each booth will be open from the waist upward, with a table-like surface where you will be able to share materials, set up demos and more. Additional images of the booths are included below.
Amenities

- Electricity: Each booth will have access to electricity and will have at least one Type F outlet. We will not provide adaptors, so please remember to bring them with you if needed. There will also be local stores where you can purchase outlet adaptors if needed.
- Internet: There will be wireless internet connectivity at the event, venue-wide.
- Furniture: Each 3 x 3 meter booth will contain two chairs. 6 x 3 meter booths will be provided a table and additional chairs.
Signage
Each booth will have a re-usable sign on which you can write your project name.
You can additionally you bring your own banners or signs that can be hung over the provided signs, or standing signs and banners that can be placed in front of the booths. Below you will find images of the booth dimensions and where signs can be hung.
