The Wellbeing Monthly is a monthly virtual workshop will be led by diverse mental health professionals, and will focus on psychoeducation and coping mechanisms on diverse topics including anxiety and fear, guilt and survivors guilt, defeat and hopelessness, trauma, and burnout and stress. Each session will last 60 minutes, with time included for questions and answers.

The talk will focus on regret rumination and hindsight bias, coping with survivor guilt as an activist and exploring how survivor guilt looks like.
