CDR Link, A privacy and security-focused helpdesk that makes asking for help easy. It allows individuals to offer their community a secure, multi-channel, mobile-first way to get in touch and ask for digital security help using everyday messaging apps, like Signal, Whatsapp, and Telegram. CDR Link is encrypted and open-source, built on the Zammad helpdesk and using a number of open-source extensions to increase user privacy and security. It is also flexible, and can be adapted for users that require the secure submission of data from the field into a secure platform for analysis and further sharing.
