Join us this Thursday as Fabiola from the Center for Digital Resilience will discuss CDR Link -- a platform for those wishing to offer their community a secure, multi-channel, mobile-first way to get in touch and ask for assistance. Individuals can ask for Digital Security help using their everyday messaging apps, like Signal, Whatsapp, and Telegram. It is encrypted and open-source.

What is the CDR Link:

  • A privacy and security-focused helpdesk that makes asking for help easy.
  • Mobile-friendly, so people can request assistance using Signal, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, or Email.
  • Open Source, built on the Zammad helpdesk and adding a number of open-source extensions to increase user privacy and security.
  • Flexible, and can be adapted for users that require the secure submission of data from the field into a secure platform for analysis and further sharing.
