Date: September 4

Time: 10:00 to 11:30

Location: Meet in the middle of the central park in front of the venue.

You must bring paper and a pen/pencil for this activity.

Join a 90 minute group coaching session to start your Global Gathering with clarity and intention. Participants will have an opportunity to ground themselves, and set personal intentions for the day ahead - through personal reflections, paired sharing, and small-group circles discussions.

This meetup is great if you are looking for a fresh perspective on a current challenge - whether it's making a strategic decision, navigating organizational tensions, rethinking a leadership practice, or addressing another complex issue.

In addition, the facilitator uses a methodology tailored to leadership development in complex and rapidly changing environments. Participants will also have the opportunity to examine what type of leader they want to be, and realigning your internal values and purpose.

Participants will only share the details they are comfortable with sharing - It is not a space to disclose the details of your sensitive work, or identify any risks you're navigating. The session will also adhere to the GG's Security Policy, meaning no sensitive or identifying information can be shared.

Bring an open mind and pen with a notebook for reflections and personal notes.
