For Virtual Spaces

Please refrain from tweeting, posting, or publishing information posted by community members on TCU channels unless you obtain clear permission from them. This includes names, affiliations, and tagging on social media.

In addition, you are not allowed to take screenshots of any conversation occurring on the Mattermost channel.

For In-Person Events

• Participants who have registered AND been approved will receive a badge and wristband. Wear your badge and wristband at all times inside the venue: Our staff will be monitoring, and only attendees wearing a badge and wristband will be allowed inside the venue.

• Badges and wristbands cannot be transferred.

• Do not record any Global Gathering activities: Photography, video, audio or any other kind of recording is not allowed inside the venue. When taking pictures outside the venue, please make sure that only people who consent to pictures are included.
  • This also includes making Facetime/video calls or on-camera Zoom or other virtual meetings. If you are unable to do calls/meetings of this nature at your hotel room, please visit the information booth for assistance in finding a discreet / private meeting area.
  • Smart glasses, such as Meta AI glasses, are prohibited from the event space.

• Refrain from tweeting, posting, or publishing information about attendees (including names and affiliation) unless you obtain clear permission from them. This includes all tagging on social media. • No dogs are allowed in the space to ensure the safety and wellbeing of participants. For accommodations for service dogs, please email [email protected].

Failure to comply with any of the above stated policies constitutes sufficient grounds for expulsion from the event or virtual spaces.
