How to Schedule a Circle or Booth On-Site During the GG.

1) Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

  • Title
  • Indicate whether you want a Circle or Booth
  • Short description of either a) what will be discussed in a Circle or b) what will happen in a Booth.
  • Indicate your preferred date and time, based on the blank slots marked TBD found on the GG agenda. We will do our best to accommodate.
  • Name of Facilitator or Host
  • Contact Email

Important Information:

  • Given there is limited space and high demand, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
  • We are prioritizing Circles that are action-oriented, and help participants mobilize around urgent goals. We have more flexibility for booths.
Logistical Information
  • Each booth has a reusable sign on which you can write your project name along with a dry-erase marker and a towel. If you are missing any of these materials, connect with staff at the Information booth.
  • Each booth also has electricity. This means you can bring your computer, tablets, etc.
