Danae will be facilitating all community affairs globally, they would really like to help this community grow even more and we'll do this through many creative ways we're already planning, well Sandy and the other folks have done such an amazing job so Danae can only feel lucky to be in this position. 			* peer workshops (private) like say 10 folks in a circle working on self-care or processing x thing (2 votes)
			* psycho-educational materails (blogs, tool kits, etc) (1 vote)
			* One to one therapy (2 votes)
			* Training for like community nodes or managers (2 votes)
			* workshops on things like dealign with toxic work environemnts, allyship, coc, etc. (2 votes)
