Dr. Brandon Wiley, President of Operator Foundation, presented on how to respond to incidents of escalated blocking of VPNs and other core Internet services. Dr. Wiley shared Operator’s incident response methodology, as well as discussed the new Incident Response Working Group. The incident response methodology is a framework for handling escalated blocking through information gathering, analysis, and the development and deployment of mitigations to the escalated blocking measures. Operator’s methodology guide includes a step-by-step process that organizations can follow, as well as concrete case studies of the process in action.<br />
